Job Duties and Responsibilities Drives the end-to-end recruiting process, utilizing advanced Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to source , screen , and secure top talent. Facilitates seamless onboarding and New Hire Orientation sessions that welcome new team members and integrate them into our company culture. Manages accurate data within our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and processes payroll with precision and confidentiality. Administers comprehensive benefits administration programs, answering employee questions and resolving inquiries quickly. Navigates sensitive employee relations matters, applying HR policies fairly and guiding staff toward positive resolutions. Coordinates the annual performance management cycle, tracking goals, reviews, and development milestones. Required Qualifications Education Holds a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience Brings at least two years of hands-on experience in a human resources support or coordination role. Demonstrates a proven track record of managing recruiting pipelines and onboarding programs. Knowledge/Skills Possesses deep knowledge of standard HR policies and employment practices. Navigates various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) with ease. Communicates clearly and effectively across all levels of the organization, maintaining strict confidentiality. Manages multiple priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail. #GAJC Preferred Qualifications Holds a professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR. Shows direct experience with payroll processing and benefits administration . Physical Requirements/Work Conditions Operates in a standard office environment utilizing computers and communication tools. Sits for extended periods while performing administrative tasks and attending meetings. Lifts office supplies and training materials weighing up to twenty pounds as needed.
