Job Description

HR Coordinator/Recruiter, Lenexa, Kansas ON-SITE! Our client is a Healthcare clinic with multiple locations in the KC area! Contract-to-Hire $24/hr Monday-Friday 8a-5p
Job Summary:
The Human Resources Coordinator assists in the administration of human resources functions to include, but not limited to, recruitment and retention of staff, orientation, employee relations, policy administration, operating HRIS systems, and other administrative duties. The Human Resources Coordinator assists with special HR and company projects and may serve as a project coordinator.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages talent acquisition including but not limited to candidate search, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Owns and executes the onboarding process for all new hires, including scheduling and conducting orientation, collecting new hire paperwork, and entering new hires into HRIS and training systems. Provides guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relation issues. Assist in development, implementation and consistent enforcement of HR policies company wide. Assists with staffing initiatives and departmental needs. Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management. Communicates company updates with employees. Partners with leaders to review and update job descriptions as needed. Updates and maintains employee personnel files. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Knowledge of HR procedures and policies. Experience with employee relations and conflict resolution. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills. Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of human resources or administrative assistant-related experience. Some travel required between locations. Reimbursement provided.
Pay:
$24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
