Job Description

HR Coordinator/Recruiter, Lenexa, Kansas Contract-to-Hire $24/hr
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manages talent acquisition including but not limited to candidate search, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Owns and executes the onboarding process for all new hires, including scheduling orientation, conducting orientation, collecting new hire paperwork, and entering new hires into HR and training systems.
  • Provides updates to leaders regarding new hires.
  • Serve as point of contact to address new hire questions.
  • Assists the HR Manager with the performance evaluation process.
  • Assists the HR Manager with benefits and open enrollment.
  • Assist in development, implementation and consistent enforcement of HR policies.
  • Conducts exit interviews and terminates employee privileges to maintain security.
  • Communicates practice-wide, or as appropriate, with company updates.
  • Partners with leaders to review and update job descriptions as needed.
  • Assist with personnel changes and payroll processing as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

  • Ability to utilize multiple computer systems Education Requirements
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in HR or a related field preferred.
Experience Requirements:
  • Two to three years of Human Resources, administrative assistant, or work in related field
