Staffing Assistant Needed in Ottawa, KS! Weekly Pay
Job Description
A Sunday-Thursday 8am-5pm. The Staffing Assistant primary responsibilities are managing the current contingent labor and vetting all candidates to satisfy any labor demands. These individuals will act as an extension of client's the team objectives are customizable to fit the facility needs. Their main focus point is recruiting and to increase retention by being the familiar face that can answer questions and assist with our associates. Job Description-The Staffing Assistant is responsible for recruiting, vetting candidates, assisting the contingent population with all questions. These employees are to also assist with all payroll admin responsibilities. They are also responsible to help employees to designated areas, and coaching employees on attendance/performance. This is a fast paced, high-energy position that requires a strong ability in people skills and team building.
