Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will support the HR department by managing employee records, assisting with talent acquisition, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Your proactive approach will help foster a positive workplace environment and streamline HR processes across our organization. Responsibilities Support employee orientation programs, ensuring new team members are welcomed and integrated smoothly into the company culture. Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, benefits administration, and data entry within HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors. Aid in performance management processes by collecting evaluation data and supporting employee evaluation initiatives. Help coordinate training & development sessions, workshops, and compliance training programs such as OSHA. Manage benefits administration tasks including enrollment, changes, and answering employee inquiries regarding benefits options. Ensure regulatory compliance management by staying updated on employment & labor law requirements and assisting with affirmative action planning and workers' compensation documentation. Experience Previous experience working within an HR department or in personnel administration is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills with experience in data collection, data analysis using Excel, and handling confidential information with discretion. Proven ability to communicate effectively across teams and handle conflict management situations professionally. Administrative experience supporting HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations will set you up for success in this role.
