Job Description Objective The CMM Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and integrity of dimensional inspection data generated by the CMM team. This individual will lead CMM operators and programming activities while supporting configuration verification of manufactured aerospace and space components to customer and quality requirements. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced aerospace quality professional who can combine CMM expertise with day-to-day team leadership, problem solving, inspection-data analysis, and production prioritization. The position will initially oversee approximately 10 CMM operators and one programmer, with the team expected to grow to approximately 14 employees over the next year. Major Responsibilities Lead and establish daily priorities for CMM operators and programmers to support production requirements and improve inspection throughput. Operate Coordinate Measuring Machine equipment and support dimensional acceptance of complex 4•and 5-axis machined components. Install, execute, and support CMM programs used in production operations. Support CMM programming within theCATIA V5
working environment as needed. Review manufacturing planning, engineering drawings, CAD/digital models, dimensions, and tolerance requirements. Interpret and summarize CMM and dimensional inspection data. Complete and support AS9102 First Article Inspection reporting. Maintain detailed records of CMM programs and inspection results. Partner with product engineering and manufacturing teams to analyze dimensional inspection data. Support root-cause and corrective-action activities when inspection throughput or part performance does not meet program requirements. Identify opportunities to improve CMM throughput and inspection processes. Perform in-process and mechanical inspection using equipment such as bore gauges, height gauges, micrometers, and other precision inspection tools. Communicate clear and concise inspection results to manufacturing personnel. Support CMM programming ahead of upcoming machining and manufacturing requirements. Identify and escalate CMM equipment, software, programming, and material issues. Assist with internal, customer, ISO, and other applicable quality audits. Maintain required inspection and quality documentation. Participate in continuous-improvement, cross-training, cost-reduction, and team initiatives. Maintain appropriate safety and housekeeping practices throughout the work area. Required Qualifications Hands-on CMM operating experience. Aerospace manufacturing or aerospace quality experience. Working knowledge of stationary CMM equipment and associated software. Experience interpreting CMM and dimensional inspection reports. Working knowledge of AS9102 First Article Inspection reporting. Experience working with aerospace dimensions, tolerances, engineering drawings, and specifications. At least one year of supervisory or management experience. Ability to lead CMM operators/programmers and establish daily production priorities. Ability to use precision measuring equipment and technical software. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and implement process improvements. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of CMM or portable CMM operating experience. 3+ years of CMM leadership experience. PC-DMIS experience.CATIA V5

Experience supporting complex aerospace or space components, including 4•and 5-axis machined parts. Root-cause/corrective-action and continuous-improvement experience. Work Environment / Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, stoop, crouch, and stretch for prolonged periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier items with assistance. Regular exposure to manufacturing/shop conditions, including machine noise and metal dust. Repetitive use of hands, wrists, and arms. Required use of applicable personal protective equipment.Compensation Base salary:
$85,000•115,000. Salaried position. No overtime or bonus compensation. Limited relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.
