Position Summary MS Companies is hiring immediately for an Operations Administrator to support our operations and recruiting teams. This role is responsible for providing administrative support across onboarding, employee documentation, reporting, and day-to-day operational processes. The Operations Administrator serves as a key support partner by maintaining accurate records, tracking employee progress, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with company requirements. Responsibilities Maintain and manage employee personnel files while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Process and monitor new hire documentation, including completion and compliance of required onboarding forms (e.g., I-9)
Create, run, and analyze reports related to workforce activity, including attendance, lost hours, pay rates, and other operational metrics
Provide administrative and operational support to Recruiting and Operations teams as needed
Assist with coordination and administrative tasks associated with new hire orientations and onboarding activities
Deliver professional, timely, and customer-focused support to internal stakeholders
Support process improvement initiatives and help maintain organized and efficient administrative workflows Physical Requirements Must be able to visually identify defects in color, shape, size, or texture of parts
Must be able to hear and differentiate sounds in a manufacturing environment
Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and move throughout the workday for extended periods on concrete floors (up to 10-12 hours)
Must be able to move within buildings and operational areas, including ascending and descending stairs
Must be able to reach, turn, stoop, bend, crouch, kneel, and maintain balance to prevent falls
Must be able to reach overhead and perform repetitive movements
Must be able to lift, carry, transfer, push, and pull up to 30 lbs.
Must be able to grasp with both hands and perform fine motor tasks requiring coordination and repetitive motion
Good hand-eye coordination for inspection and material handling
Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures Qualifications 1-2 years of administrative, recruiting, operations, or related experience preferred; Associate degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Proficiency with digital systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar platforms) preferred
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and support problem-solving efforts
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and organization
Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated follow-through and accountability for projects and ongoing responsibilities
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
