Full-Time Position. Holy Spirit Church and School are seeking an energetic, organized person to join our team. Human Resources Responsibilities The Human Resource Manager will oversee key personnel functions, including: Manage and process payroll. Administer employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) retirement plans. Coordinate and manage annual benefits enrollment. Oversee onboarding and orientation for new employees. Track and administer employee leave. Complete and maintain documentation for employee transfers and terminations in compliance with archdiocesan guidelines. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records. Executive Assistant to the Pastor Responsibilities As Executive Assistant to the Pastor, responsibilities will include: Serve as the primary point of contact for correspondence between the Pastor and parishioners, staff, and others, including letters and email. Maintain and update the Pastor's personal and liturgical calendars. Screen and prioritize emails and phone calls. Coordinate with archdiocesan agencies and parish committees regarding hospitality and related needs. Provide professional and organized administrative support to the Pastor.Contact:
