Law Office HR ManagerRobert Half has partnered with a well-established, law firm with offices across Colorado, Washington, D.C., and North Dakota. The firm serves American Indian tribes, tribal entities, and individual tribal members nationwide. Its Colorado office is located in the greater Boulder/Denver area.
The firm is seeking an Assistant Firm Administrator to lead Human Resources functions while supporting the Firm Administrator with broader firm operations. Lead day-to-day Human Resources administration for the firmManage employee onboarding and offboardingConduct and coordinate employee complaint investigationsDevelop job descriptions, post positions, work with recruiters, and coordinate interviewsConduct reference checks and support hiring activitiesUpdate and maintain firm policies and the employee handbookPrepare year-end performance reviews and compensation adjustment lettersAssist with employee benefits administration and annual open enrollmentCoordinate firm events, partner and employee training, professional development, and culture initiativesManage firm vendor accounts and resolve vendor questions or issuesAssist with management of office facilities, repairs, contracts, leases, and other operational mattersAttend Equity Partner meetings and provide administrative support as neededCollaborate with the Firm Administrator and Legal Operations Manager on firm-wide initiatives3+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environmentStrong organizational, planning, time-management, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and work independently with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail and a collaborative, team-oriented approachProficiency with Microsoft Office and AdobeExperience with NetDocuments and/or Clio is a plusThe firm offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience along with a generous benefits package, including:
