Job Description

Under the direction of the CFO, the Payroll and Human Resources Administrator will oversee and process payroll to ensure pay is processed on time, accurately and in compliance with government regulations. You will act as point of contact for Payroll and HR related queries from employees, internal and external partners.
Essential Functions:
Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll process to ensure timely and accurate processing of weekly payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, and other pay or deductions. Timely processing HR updates including new hires, terminations, pay changes, benefit terminations, COBRA, and 401K Weekly Certified Payroll Reporting Review employee benefit elections, process qualifying events and respond to benefit queries Assists with annual reporting and audits Maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions Performs onboarding as needed Respond to wage and employment verifications Monthly benefits invoice reconciliation Weekly processing and payment of HSA and 401
K Requirements:
Proven work experience in Human Resources and Payroll Administration Proficient with Payroll/HR Software (Paycom preferred) Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects Strong communication skills
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
