Oversee the tracking and reporting of temporary employee time and attendance. Administer and track leave of absence (LOA) requests, including FMLA, Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave (MA PFML), ADA-related leave, and other applicable state leave programs, ensuring accurate documentation, timely notices, and compliance with federal and state requirements. Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on leave eligibility, process, and status; maintain an accurate LOA tracking log and coordinate return-to-work and accommodation processes. Partner with payroll and HR leadership to ensure accurate, timely processing of leave-related pay and job protection. Support employee relations matters by documenting concerns, assisting with fact-finding, and helping coordinate workplace investigations under the guidance of HR leadership. Maintain accurate, confidential leave of absence and employee relations files in compliance with company policy and legal requirements. Assists with new hire orientation.
Position Requirements:
Associate's Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1-3 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience administering FMLA and Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave (MA PFML) required; working knowledge of other states' leave of absence laws and regulations preferred. Experience supporting employee relations matters and/or workplace investigations helpful.
