Job Description

Marriott is seeking a Complex Human Resources Coordinator to support multi-property HR operations within our global hospitality portfolio. In this role, you will coordinate recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and personnel records for hotel associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. You will assist with benefits administration, training logistics, and performance review documentation while responding to employee inquiries. Partnering closely with property leaders, you'll help drive engagement, support diversity and inclusion initiatives, and maintain accurate HR systems that uphold Marriott's people-first culture and service standards. Responsibilities Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and onboarding for hotel associates across multiple properties Maintain HR records, HRIS data, and personnel files in compliance with company standards and regulations Support benefits enrollment, changes, and troubleshooting employee benefit questions Organize and track training sessions, attendance, and completion records Assist with scheduling, timekeeping audits, and leave of absence documentation Prepare and process HR-related documentation, status changes, and reports Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and company programs Assist with performance review cycles and related documentation Support employee engagement, recognition, and diversity and inclusion initiatives Partner with property leadership and HR management on day-to-day HR operations Required Skills Recruiting and talent acquisition support Onboarding coordination HRIS data entry and management Employee records management Benefits administration support Knowledge of employment and labor laws Timekeeping and scheduling systems HR reporting and documentation Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Training and orientation logistics
