Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Framingham, MA. This role supports a wide range of HR functions, including benefits administration, employee relations, recruiting support, and HR policy implementation. The HR Coordinator plays a key role in day-to-day HR operations while helping foster a positive, compliant, and productive workplace. Key Responsibilities Support the HR Director with daily HR operations, employee relations, and policy administration Coordinate full-cycle recruiting, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and employee communications Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data (promotions, compensation changes, status updates, etc.) Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, and employee support Ensure compliance with employment laws, including I-9 verification, background checks, and workplace safety requirements Assist with employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and internal events Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate support Collaborate across departments to support HR needs and special projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field 2-3 years of HR experience in a coordinator or similar role Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Experience with HRIS systems (Paycom preferred) and Microsoft Office Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Pay:
$24.00 - $31.00 per hour
