Jobs › Lincoln, MA › Human Resources Administrator- Sec… Insight Global Human Resources Administrator- Secret Lincoln, MA Apply Job Description A federal client is seeking a Human Resources Administrator II to support senior military and civilian leadership in Lexington, MA. This individual will provide high-level HR and administrative support related to personnel actions, executive correspondence, employee recognition programs, awards processing, and leadership communications. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting military or government leadership, preparing executive-level briefings and presentations, and coordinating awards and recognition activities. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Support military and civilian leadership with administrative and human resources-related activities. Coordinate and process employee recognition programs, including military and civilian awards packages. Develop, edit, and maintain executive-level briefing materials, PowerPoint presentations, and leadership decks. Track personnel actions, organizational updates, and workforce documentation. Prepare reports, correspondence, and briefing materials for senior leadership meetings and reviews. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure timely completion of awards, recognition, and personnel-related deliverables. Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with government policies and procedures. Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and executive administrative support functions. Support special projects and initiatives related to workforce management and employee engagement.
Pay range:

Skills and Requirements Active Secret Security Clearance. 3+ years of experience providing administrative, executive support, or HR support within a federal government or DoD environment. Experience preparing and managing military and/or civilian awards packages. Experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations, briefing decks, and reports. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience supporting senior military officers Prior military experience, particularly at the Captain/O-3, Lieutenant, or equivalent leadership level. Experience supporting senior military executives, command staff, or SES-level leadership. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
