Human Resources Assistant (HR) Quincy, MA Come join the Anodyne Team! Full-time position. Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm located in our Quincy office.
Job Summary :
The Human Resources Assistant supports the delivery of HR services through accurate, timely execution of high-volume employee lifecycle transactions and frontline HR support. This position serves as a primary point of contact for employees, applicants and managers while supporting HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, training coordination, and compliance activities. Responsibilities of the
Human Resources Assistant:
Working in conjunction with the HR team to screen, interview and hire candidates. Oversee all walk-in candidate inquiries at the Quincy office. Orients and assists new and existing employees by answering questions, providing information and direction. Partner with HR team members to develop and recommend strategies that will drive candidate flow and ensure a positive onboarding experience Processing and maintaining human resources records and employee files. Responding to routine employee and candidate inquiries via telephone, email, and text. Directing more complex issues to appropriate team members. Providing administrative support to the human resources department. Working with the Director of HR to support the administration of employee insurance benefits, leave of absences and workers' compensation claims. Qualifications and Experience of the
Human Resources Assistant:
Minimum 1-2 years of interview experience is required Minimum 1-2 years of human resources experience Excellent customer service skills Strong organization skills Excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite We offer a competitive compensation package. EOE #MO123
