$30-$35/hourPermanent Salary Target:
$70,000 | Potential up to $75,000 for the right candidate The Nagler Group is partnering with an established organization in the Waltham area that is seeking an HR Operations Administrator to join its Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys the operational side of HR and is looking to build broad experience across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the FVP, Total Rewards & HR Operations Manager , the HR Operations Administrator will support day-to-day HR operations, HRIS administration, employee records, onboarding and offboarding, employee inquiries, reporting, compliance, and process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data Process new hires, employee changes, compensation updates, leaves of absence, and terminations Coordinate and support employee onboarding and offboarding Respond to routine HR questions from employees and managers Monitor the HR team mailbox and appropriately respond to or route requests Maintain personnel files, HR documentation, and confidential employee information Generate routine HR reports and assist with data requests Support HR audits, compliance activities, and documentation requirements Create and update SOPs, job aids, and HR process documentation Assist with HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives Qualifications 1-3+ years of Human Resources, HR Operations, or related experience Strong HRIS and HR data entry experience; UKG Ready experience is highly preferred Experience supporting onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and employee records Comfortable providing employee-facing HR support Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Exposure to payroll, benefits, and/or leave administration is a plus Experience creating SOPs, job aids, or process documentation is a plus #TNG123 #LI-LM1Benefits
