GED Full Job Description Position Summary:
The HR Office Assistant provides adminstrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department by assisting with employee records, onboarding, recruitment coordination, and general office operations. This role serves as key point of contact for employees and visitors, helping ensure HR pocesses run smoothly while maintaining confidentiality amd professionalism. Assist the Human Resources team with basic administrative and clerical tasks File, scan, and organize employee paperwork and records Help prepare new hire documents and support onboarding activities Schedule interviews, meetings and training sessions Greet visitors and respond to general HR questions or direct inquiries to the appropriate staff member Enter and updae employee information in HR systems and spreadsheets Assist with job postings and help track applications and resumes Collect and organize payroll, timekeeping, and benefits-related forms as needed Maintain confidentiality of employees and company information Help keep the HR office organized and stocked with supplies Responsible for preparing and setting up meetings, including lunch orders Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
One of the following combinations of education and employment experience must be met in order to be considered for the positions High school diploma or GED 2 years in human resource or customer service environment Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Reporting Relationship:
Director of HR EOE Monday - Friday; 8:30am-5:00pm.
