TriSource Staffing is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys balancing recruiting, onboarding, compliance, and employee support while working in a fast-paced environment. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive candidate and employee experience, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing through onboarding. Conduct candidate outreach, phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Represent the organization at career fairs and recruiting events. Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, medical exams, and reference checks. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Track candidates and hiring activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Prepare offer letters, onboarding documentation, and new hire communications Enter new hires and employee status changes into Sage HR or the organization's HRIS. Complete I-9 verification and E-Verify processing. Maintain confidential personnel files and employee records. Manage DOT compliance documentation and record retention. Submit new hire reports to applicable state agencies. Ensure HR records remain accurate and compliant with company policies and employment regulations. Process employment verification requests. Manage unemployment claims and represent the company during unemployment hearings when necessary. Generate HR reports and maintain Excel-based tracking and reporting. Support employee onboarding and provide general HR administrative assistance. Assist with additional HR projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications Required 3-5 years of Human Resources, recruiting, talent acquisition, or related administrative experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information. Experience with Sage HR or another Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Knowledge of DOT compliance requirements and documentation
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
