What We Do The Workforce Operations function provides the administrative infrastructure that supports employees from hire through project assignment and workforce mobility. We help ensure employees have the credentials, documentation, access, and support needed to work safely, compliantly, and productively across customer sites and projects. What You'll Do Workforce Administration
- Coordinate employee onboarding and project onboarding requirements.
- Maintain workforce records and employee roster information.
- Support employee transfers between projects and work locations.
- Manage workforce communications related to onboarding, site access, and project requirements. Badging, Credentials & Site Access
- Own employee badging processes from request through issuance.
- Coordinate badge renewals and maintain tracking systems.
- Manage site-access documentation and project-specific credential requirements.
- Ensure employees meet customer and project access requirements before mobilization. Compliance & Documentation
- Coordinate project-specific background checks and screening requirements.
- Coordinate drug-screen scheduling and documentation.
- Follow up on missing employee documentation and outstanding requirements.
- Maintain accurate records supporting workforce compliance and project readiness. Workforce Readiness & Mobilization
- Coordinate employee orientations and onboarding activities.
- Track training and certification requirements.
- Support project mobilization efforts and workforce readiness initiatives.
- Partner with HR Operations and project teams to ensure employees are prepared for deployment. Operational Support
- Provide time-entry support when needed.
- Manage multiple priorities and maintain ownership of assigned work queues.
- Identify opportunities to improve workforce administration processes.

- 2+ years of experience in workforce administration, HR, onboarding, staffing, compliance, project coordination, or a related administrative role.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, Construction Management, Organizational Development, Operations Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience managing employee records, onboarding documentation, credentialing, or badging programs preferred.
- Construction, skilled trades, industrial services, staffing, or project-based workforce experience preferred.
- Experience coordinating multiple deadlines and administrative processes in a high-volume environment. What We Offer

Success in This Role The successful Workforce Operations Coordinator is highly organized, responsive, and proactive. This individual takes ownership of workforce administration activities, maintains strong attention to detail, and ensures employees have the credentials, documentation, and support needed to access jobsites and begin work successfully. The role requires someone who can independently manage a queue of work, prioritize competing demands, and consistently follow items through completion.
