Job Description

Human Resources Administrator Overview
  • Support HR operations with a focus on processing forms in the HRIS system, including new hires, I-9 compliance, and job postings.
  • Ideal for individuals comfortable in fast-paced environments and eager to learn new systems and processes.
  • Ensure data quality compliance and maintain accurate employee records within HR systems.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to audit and validate documentation for compliance standards.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects and tasks as needed.
  • Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and systems management.
  • Work on-site in a casual environment with potential for upward mobility.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Process I-9 documentation with precision and ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Audit records to maintain data integrity and compliance within HR systems.
  • Update and manage employee profiles using Ceridian Dayforce software.
  • Assist in posting job openings and managing job changes within the HRIS system.
  • Generate reports and validate data accuracy across HR platforms.
  • Support administrative tasks and contribute to HR projects as assigned.
  • Communicate professionally with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
  • No prior HR background, certifications, or degrees required for this role.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative in tasks.
  • Proficiency in navigating and learning new systems and tools.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
