Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and highly organized HR & Admin Specialist to support regional HR, administrative, procurement, and daily operational activities. This role will work closely with employees, internal departments, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient regional operations. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Support Support employee attendance management, onboarding and offboarding, employee communication, and implementation of company policies and procedures. Coordinate with the HR team on employee-related matters and provide day-to-day HR support. Support employee engagement activities and help maintain a positive and productive work environment. Assist in improving regional HR processes and practices. 2. Administrative Management Manage daily administrative operations, including office asset management, facility and site coordination, document and records management, office supplies, and general administrative support. Coordinate administrative resources to ensure smooth and efficient daily office operations. Support the implementation and improvement of administrative policies and procedures. Assist with employee activities, workplace operations, and other administrative needs. 3. Procurement & Vendor Management Support regional procurement activities, including purchase requests, supplier sourcing, vendor communication, price negotiation, order follow-up, delivery acceptance, and supplier management. Monitor procurement and administrative expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvement. Maintain effective communication with vendors and service providers to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost effectiveness. 4. Cross-functional Coordination & Execution Serve as a point of contact between the regional team and corporate departments. Coordinate and follow up on matters involving HR, administration, procurement, and daily operations. Identify operational issues, follow up on action items, and drive tasks through completion. Support regional projects and initiatives to ensure effective and timely execution. Perform other HR, administrative, and operational duties as assigned. Job Requirements Previous experience in HR, administration, procurement, operations, or a related field . Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with employees, internal teams, vendors, and external partners. Strong cost-control awareness and ability to monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities. Responsible, reliable, hands-on, and execution-oriented with a strong sense of ownership. Strong multitasking, planning, and organizational skills. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Results-oriented with the ability to independently follow up and drive tasks through completion. Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint . English and Mandarin Chinese communication skills preferred.
Pay:
$25.00 per hour
