Full-Time Join Michigan Staffing at Piston Automotive and be part of an exciting new State-Of-The-Art Tier 1 Automotive Manufacturing facility in Auburn Hills! Michigan Staffing is seeking a high-energy, results-driven On-Site Recruiting Coordinator to support a brand-new, state-of-the-art Tier I automotive manufacturing facility in Auburn Hills. This is an outstanding opportunity to play a key role serving as the primary liaison between Michigan Staffing and our client- Piston Automotive. As the On-Site Recruiting Coordinator, you will oversee all on-site staffing operations, build strong client relationships, and ensure the client's workforce needs are met in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. Heavy focus on recruiting interviewing screening hiring problem solving reporting detail tracking and employee relations Key Responsibilities Serve as an on-site representative for Michigan Staffing. Ensure weekly staffing requirements are met through proactive recruiting and workforce planning. Build and maintain strong daily relationships with client leadership and supervisors. Handle all aspects of employee relations, including onboarding, attendance, coaching, engagement, floor interaction, issue resolution, and direct-hire conversions. Monitor employee performance, retention, attendance, and turnover while implementing strategies to improve retention. Conduct regular floor walks to maintain visibility with both employees and client management. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and client expectations. Maintain accurate records, reports, and staffing metrics. Communicate effectively with internal leadership, recruiters, employees, and client contacts regarding staffing needs, challenges, and solutions. Qualifications Previous experience in On Site and/or high-volume staffing operations, preferably within manufacturing or automotive environments. Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills. Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities. Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. High level of accountability, professionalism, and follow-through. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Flexibility to adjust to changing business needs.
