Recruiting SupervisorSCOPE OF POSITION
Greets all incoming applicants and Team Members and provides administrative support in the functional area of Recruitment within the Human Resources area, which may include coordinating in the onboarding process, maintaining personnel records, employment applications, pre-employment drug screening and other HR related documents.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following is a list of the main duties and responsibilities. However, other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management. All duties must be performed in accordance with Tribal, Federal, and other applicable requirements, organizational specific policies, procedures and practices. Provides exceptional guest service to all guests and communicates in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times while maintaining a professional work environment with FKCH Team Members and applicants. Creates offer letters as needed for applicants. Coordinates applicant-tracking records through various methods while in the active Onboarding process. Assists with daily maintenance and integrity of applicant tracking system. Maintains inactive status applicant files for applicant tracking purposes. Assists in answering general HR related questions. Assists applicants with the completion of new hire forms during the New Hire Orientation process. Acts as a liaison with HRIS and Payroll teams to ensure necessary new hire information/paperwork is timely and accurate. Assists applicant and Hiring Managers with troubleshooting ATS as needed. Maintains the highest level of confidentiality. Supports Recruitment team as needed with employment related events. Supports the collection of pre-employment drug screening for On-site clinic. Provides daily, weekly and monthly reporting of Recruitment activities to the Business Partners and Human Resources Leadership. Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record as outlined in the FireKeepers Casino Hotel Attendance Policy. The requirements listed below are generally representative of the education, experience, and skills and/or abilities required to enable one to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities: High School diploma or GED. Two years of clerical or administrative experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Effective communication skills. Must be at least 18 years of age. Two years' experience in a Human Resources capacity. Some college coursework with a focus on Business Administration, Human Resources or Psychology.LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal, and work with mathematical such as probability and statistical inference.REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
