Job Description

Go-To Transport is looking for an enthusiastic driver relations specialist. The relations specialist is responsible for prospective employee recruitment for local and over the road truck drivers. This will be achieved through development of recruiting plans, traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The relations specialist also assists with applicant reviewing, tracking, and reporting. The relations specialist will also be responsible for researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

2 Years Trucking/Driving Background preferred
Responsibilities:
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified truck drivers. Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role. Maintain regular communication with drivers throughout the recruitment process. Provide information about the company, its culture, and the specifics of the job to attract and retain interest. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires. Develop engaging and content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn). Plan and schedule content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.

Handle multiple onboarding/recruiting tasks simultaneously without compromising quality.
