About the Role You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in contract roles. You will also partner closely with the client to deliver strategic staffing solutions. Success in this role requires creativity, urgency, strong decision-making skills, and a proactive mindset. Key Responsibilities Evaluate, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for light industrial roles Deliver timely staffing solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, employees, and team members Ensure accurate documentation, tracking, and reporting of candidate and client data Deliver a positive and professional experience for employees and client Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Proven success in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and competitive environment Knowledge of (or ability to learn) EEO guidelines and compliance standards Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or account management preferred What Makes an
