Human Resources Coordinator Flatrock Manor | Full-Time | Join a Growing Team! Are you passionate about people, recruiting, and creating a positive workplace culture? Flatrock Manor is looking for an organized, energetic, and compassionate Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team! In this role, you'll help support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, and daily HR operations while making a real impact on both staff and residents. What You'll Do Support day-to-day HR operations and employee relations Post jobs, review resumes, and coordinate interviews Conduct support staff interviews and reference checks Assist with onboarding and employment paperwork Maintain accurate employee files and HR databases Respond to employee questions and provide HR support Assist with performance management documentation and appraisals Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information What We're Looking For Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience
REQUIRED
