Job Description

Frankfort Office Clerk Indiana Packers Corporation, Frankfort Indiana A team member in the Operational Office Clerk position coordinates with team member and inputs data for department operations, assisting with general office duties, inventory control and may include some HR office work. Has an acute attention to detail and ability to always maintain a friendly rapport. This clerical position works from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays. Responsibilities Coordinating with team members Perform general office duties: ordering office supplies, maintaining office supplies stocked/organized, making photocopies, filing and other tasks as required Ability to work in a professional manner, exhibit a high level of confidentiality and integrity while handling all employment data Establish and maintain positive working relationships Shredding confidential documents Manage Kronos timesheets for all departments Input data for department operations spreadsheets Assist with inventory control, purchasing/receiving and team member supplies Maintain cardboard inventory utilizing Excel and company software Perform clerical functions with HR as needed. Other duties as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or G.E.D. required Associates preferred 1-2 years' experience in HR or Recruiting preferred Proficient with Kronos, preferred Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and Google Docs required Experience with large amounts of data entry and high accuracy Ability to work with team members of all levels Excellent attention to detail with accuracy Exceptional written and oral communications skills Committed to a culture of diversity and equality
