In this role you will provide administrative support across key Human Resources functions, including onboarding, recruitment coordination, employee engagement, records management, internal communications, and special projects. Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions Provide administrative support throughout the hiring process ensuring the applicant tracking system is up to date Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation scheduling, onboarding materials, and required documentation Prepare and distribute new hire announcements and welcome communications Support a positive and seamless onboarding experience for new employees Coordinate employee recognition programs, including milestone anniversaries and life events through the Miller Johnson Caring Network Manage the firm's e-Store, including inventory monitoring, invoice review, expense allocation, and e-gift card orders Maintain and update the MJ Action intranet page Support HR-related communications and announcements File and maintain employee documentation, including new hire paperwork, performance reviews, compensation changes, disciplinary records, and other employment-related documents. Provide general administrative support to the Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager Assist with various HR initiatives and projects as assigned (e.g., engagement, process improvements, audits) Other duties as assigned Education and Experience Associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 1-2 years of administrative or HR support experience preferred Skills, Knowledge, and other Competencies Strong organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing responsibilities Ability to maintain confidentiality Effective communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS or HRIS programs a plus Culture and Benefits At Miller Johnson, our culture is anchored in our Core Values and how we work together Who We Are Integrity and Candor
