Job Description

The Michigan Civil Service Commission is looking for a motivated individual who is organized, dependable and possesses appropriate customer service skills. The candidate will need to be able to learn and navigate a variety of computer applications while working in a fast-paced Human Resources environment. This position will serve as a Human Resources Technician providing a wide range of generalist Human Resources duties.
Ideal candidates will have:
Strong organizational skills. Dependability. Customer service orientated written and verbal communication skills. Ability to investigate, analyze, interpret, and apply policies, procedures, rules, regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and various job aides. Capability to learn and apply a variety of computer applications.
