HUMAN RESOURCES & FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR
Location:

Status:
Full-Time
Enstrom Helicopter Corporation is looking for a Human Resources & Front Office Coordinator to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent service, and wants to grow their career within Human Resources.
This position serves in a unique dual role, supporting day-to-day Human Resources activities while also serving as the primary point of contact for employees, applicants, customers, visitors, and others contacting Enstrom.
What You'll Do
As part of the Human Resources team, you will support a variety of generalist-level HR activities, including:
Employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
Recruiting and interview coordination.
Employee records, documentation, and HR system updates.
Training and employee communication support.
Benefits, payroll, and timekeeping administration as assigned.
Preparation of HR documents, reports, and correspondence.
Employee questions and general HR support.
Other HR projects and initiatives as opportunities arise.
You will also serve as the primary receptionist and front-office resource for the organization. This is more than simply answering phones. We are looking for someone who is naturally inquisitive and takes ownership of helping people get where they need to go.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming customers, visitors, applicants, vendors, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering incoming calls and asking appropriate questions to understand what the caller needs before directing the call.
- Helping customers connect with the right resource the first time, rather than transferring them from person to person.
- Developing an understanding of Enstrom's departments, products, services, and internal resources in order to confidently assist callers and visitors.
- Coordinating visitor access, sign-in, and communication with internal hosts.
- Providing general administrative and office support as needed.
- What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be:
Professional, approachable, and comfortable interacting with people at all levels of the organization.
Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality when working with employee and business information.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Curious and willing to ask questions rather than simply passing a request along.
Service-minded with a desire to provide a positive experience to employees and customers.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and interruptions throughout the day.
Motivated to learn, grow, and take on increased HR responsibility over time.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Previous customer service, reception, administrative, or office experience.
Previous Human Resources experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable learning HR systems, Microsoft Office, and other business systems.
If you are someone who enjoys helping people, wants to build a career in Human Resources, and believes every interaction with an employee or customer matters, we would love to hear from you.
