Job Description

Human Resource Coordinator Reports To:
Plant Manager/Corporate Human Resource Manager General Summary:
We are looking for an efficient Human Resource Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR administrative duties. You will facilitate daily HR functions like tracking employee headcounts, payroll and supporting the interview process. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of Human Resources as well as wide-ranging administrative responsibilities. To succeed in this roll, you should be familiar with using time clock software and tools.
Responsibilities:
Respond and/or redirect internal and external HR related inquiries or requests Redirect HR related calls and correspondence to the appropriate Person of the team Maintain records of personnel-related data (time clock reports, training records, etc.) Verify timekeeping system and reports daily Update absenteeism and vacations in time clock and related software Liaise with other departments or functions Support the recruitment/hiring process as necessary Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. to maintain the team's agenda Coordinate training sessions and seminars Contacts outside suppliers for temporary personnel, training services, vending, facility support and other related services. Manages and fosters a working environment conductive to maintaining company goals Perform orientations and safety training Produce and submit reports Support other functions as assigned
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma and/or a minimum of four years HR experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Microsoft - Word, Excel, Time and Attendance Systems
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
