Administration&HR Details:
Direct Hire position $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 /annually First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) Oversee vendor billing, company credit, payment requests, expense reporting, and contract maintenance. Manage requisitions, request quotes, and handle purchasing for office and warehouse supplies. Coordinate with landlords/building management and ensure facility needs and upkeep are addressed. Maintain employee and contractor records, contracts, and HR documentation. Record working hours and manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and related compliance. Support recruiting, interviewing, hiring, job description updates, resume management, and basic policy communication/training.Administration&HR Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Proven ability to manage vendor billing, contracts, purchasing, and expense reporting with accuracy. Experience supporting employee records, contracts, staffing coordination, and basic policy administration. Skilled in tracking hours, processing payroll, and managing employee benefits. Familiarity with sourcing, interviewing coordination, job description updates, and resume management. Strong interpersonal abilities for working with employees, vendors, staffing agencies, and building management.
