Human Resources Coordinator Care First Rehabilitation -
Troy, MI Job Type:
Full-Time |
Schedule:
8-hour shift Care First Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and highly organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive scheduling experience , strong HR administrative skills, recruiting and onboarding experience, and the ability to support a fast‑paced, 24/7 healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources & Scheduling Create, manage, and adjust schedules for direct care staff working 12‑hour shifts across multiple residential settings (Licensed Adult Foster Care Homes and Apartments). Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date (background checks, Medical clearance, training records, required credentials, etc.). Provide professional and timely support to employees, supervisors, and external contacts. Operational & Administrative Support Scan, email, and fax documents to appropriate recipients. Record meeting minutes and accurately document discussions and decisions. Maintain appointment calendars and coordinate administrative meetings. Organize electronic and hard-copy employee and administrative files for efficient retrieval. Perform basic IT support tasks, including account setup, password resets, troubleshooting Microsoft Office inquiries, and badge creation. Qualifications Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred . Extensive scheduling experience is required , ideally in a healthcare or 24/7 staffing environment. Extensive onboarding and off boarding experience is preferred. Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
