This energetic position offers the opportunity to lead talent acquisition efforts, manage employee relations, and support strategic HR initiatives that drive organizational success. You will be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring smooth processes in human capital management, benefits administration, and workforce management. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help shape a thriving workplace culture that values growth, diversity, and excellence. Duties Coordinate talent acquisition activities including sourcing candidates through Fountain, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes to ensure seamless employee orientation. Administer employee evaluation programs, performance management systems, and training & development initiatives to promote continuous improvement and professional growth. Support benefits administration by managing enrollment, answering employee inquiries, and ensuring compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) and workers' compensation policies. Assist with change management projects by facilitating organization design efforts, succession planning, and affirmative action planning to foster diversity and inclusion. Maintain accurate HR data entry within UKG, analyze Excel data for workforce insights, and generate reports to support strategic planning. Handle confidential information with integrity while managing employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and regulatory compliance management to uphold legal standards across all HR functions. Collaborate with the HR department on payroll processing, personnel administration, and HR sourcing initiatives to optimize staffing strategies and workforce management. Experience Proven experience in an HR department role with a strong understanding of human resources management principles and employment law in talent management. Demonstrated expertise in recruiting using Fountain and Indeed, is a plus. Familiarity with benefits administration, payroll processing, FMLA compliance, workers' compensation procedures, and regulatory compliance management. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, hospitality, or similar HR role preferred Experience with employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and HR policies. Hospitality or hotel HR experience preferred. Excellent communication skills for effective employee relations, conflict management, and training delivery. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel for data analysis and reporting; experience with UKG enhances your candidacy. Knowledge of employment & labor law along with HR legal compliance standards is essential for ensuring organizational adherence to legal requirements.
