Job Description Insight Global is looking for a motivated, results-oriented Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts across our North American Research & Development organization. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to identify, attract, and hire top talent that drives innovation and supportsfuture mobility vision. The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for a range of technical and professional roles, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and build strong talent pipelines to support current and future workforce needs. This position will also help execute recruiting strategies, support university and industry outreach, and ensure hiring processes remain efficient and compliant. This is a great opportunity for an experienced recruiting professional who is passionate about talent acquisition, building relationships, and helping shape the future workforce of a leading automotive R D organization!
Exact Compensation:
$23/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. Skills and Requirements Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
Related Industry Experience Requirements:
2-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, automotive, manufacturing, or corporate positions preferred. Experience supporting multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
Experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify passive candidates. Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet recruiting deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to attend recruiting events, career fairs, and university outreach activities as needed. Strong customer-service mindset and commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Automotive, R D, or engineering recruiting experience preferred. Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices preferred.
