A Staffing Assistant works within the human resources department of a company or organization and assist HR personnel with most aspects of managing employee relations. Helps to coordinate the staffing needs of an organization, process scheduling and help maintain employee payroll records. Perform general clerical duties such as answering phones, filing paperwork, setting appointments and taking messages.

Job Description
Staffing Assistant Schedule:
9:30 am- 4:00 pm | 60 hours per two-week pay period | Monday
Friday Pay Range:
$24.21- $32.86/hour (based on experience)

- Maintain accurate staffing and payroll information by tracking absences, processing PTO/leave and employment status changes, and ensuring payroll data is complete and up to date.
- Support a reliable and accountable team by monitoring attendance, tardiness, absences, and no-call/no-shows, while communicating concerns with leadership and appropriate team members, and preparing data to support employee performance and annual reviews
- Keep workflows organized and efficient by coordinating resident supply needs with families, processing medical record requests, and ensuring records are accurately scanned, printed, and filed.
- Support smooth daily operations by maintaining adequate office and nursing station supplies, organizing central stock areas, and ensuring facility forms are readily available when needed.
- Maintain accurate, accessible clinical records by preparing charts for new admissions, closing and thinning records according to policy, and ensuring required documentation is properly scanned into the EHR. Minimum Qualifications
- 2 plus years Staff Scheduling experience
- High School diploma, some post-secondary education desired.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Time management, prioritization skills, and multi-tasking abilities
- Knowledge of Computers and Microsoft Office Software Rewards That Support You
