$20/hour (50% grant-funded) Start Your Career in Human Resources in Healthcare Little Falls Health Services is seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting HR operations in a healthcare setting. This internship is made possible through funding from the Minnesota Department of Health and administered by the Minnesota Hospital Foundation. About the Role This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Human Resources while supporting a mission-driven healthcare organization. You'll gain exposure to key HR functions that directly impact employees and residents. What You'll Learn & Do Help maintain employee records and HR documentation Assist with recruitment and hiring processes Support new hire onboarding and orientation preparation Assist with employee engagement initiatives Learn about compliance requirements in healthcare HR Provide general administrative support to the HR team What You'll Gain Real-world HR experience in a healthcare environment Professional mentorship and career guidance Strong foundation for careers in HR, business, or healthcare administrationQualifications College Intern:
