Are You Experienced with ADP Workforce Now and Love Detail-Oriented Data Entry? Looking for a Flexible Short-Term Opportunity? Join a mission-driven nonprofit organization seeking an HR Assistant to support a high-volume data entry project within ADP Workforce Now. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys accurate data management, can learn new processes quickly, and thrives in a focused, project-based environment. You'll play a key role in building employee performance plans and entering critical HR data while working with a collaborative and supportive team.
JOB DETAILS
Pay:
$30.00/hour (flexibility for candidates with ADP Performance Management experience)Location:
Twin Cities metro areaSchedule:
Full-time, approximately 40 hours per weekEmployment Type:

Project expected to last 30-60 days with potential for extension Start date ASAP Onsite training initially, with opportunity to work hybrid or remote after training Paid holidays during assignment Virtual interview processKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter employee goals and performance-related information into ADP Workforce Now Create and maintain individualized and group performance plans within the system Update evaluation dates and ensure records are accurate and complete Perform high-volume data entry with a strong attention to detail Support general clerical and administrative projects as assigned Assist with additional data management projects as business needs evolve Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational informationMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience with ADP Workforce Now required Experience with ADP Performance Management module preferred Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail Ability to learn new processes quickly and work independently Prior HR support, HR assistant, or administrative experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic record systems Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracyTO APPLY
