Job Description

Our client, a dynamic organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join their team. As a Human Resources Assistant, you will be part of the HR department supporting various HR functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

$20-23 per hour, depending on experience
Shift:
Times are negotiable What's the Job? Coordinate recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and supporting candidate communications. Maintain employee personnel records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with benefits enrollment and HR transactions to support employee needs. Support HR programs, training initiatives, and employee engagement activities. Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of HR systems and reports. What's Needed? 1-3 years of experience in HR, administrative, or related fields. Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems (HRIS). Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
