$30-$40/hour Position Overview A growing technology and manufacturing company with approximately 40+ employees is seeking a Part-Time HR & Payroll Coordinator to manage payroll and day-to-day HR administration. This is a hands-on administrative role focused primarily on payroll, timesheets, PTO, benefits, employee records, and staffing support . The company is not looking for a strategic HR leader, but rather someone who can independently keep its payroll and routine HR functions organized and running smoothly. Responsibilities Process and coordinate employee payroll Collect, review, and follow up on employee timesheets Submit payroll through ADP Track PTO and vacation balances Assist with employee benefits administration Maintain employee and payroll records Support new-hire paperwork and onboarding Assist with termination paperwork and employee changes Maintain staffing records and documentation Coordinate with outside recruiters on hiring needs and candidates Respond to routine employee payroll, PTO, and benefits questions Maintain confidential employee information Provide additional HR and administrative support to company leadership as needed Qualifications Previous payroll and/or HR administration experience Hands-on payroll processing experience required ADP experience preferred Experience with timesheets, PTO tracking, and employee records Familiarity with benefits administration Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidential information Comfortable working independently Strong follow-through and communication skills Experience in a small-company environment preferred Manufacturing or technology experience is a plus Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on payroll and HR administrator who enjoys the operational side of HR. This is not an HR Manager or strategic HR leadership position. The role is well suited for someone seeking approximately 20 hours per week who can independently manage payroll and routine employee administration for a growing organization.Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 24.0 per weekBenefits:
