Job Description

Executive Assistant - Human Resources Provides administrative and executive support to the Vice President, Human Resources and Vice President, Finance. Coordinates calendars, meetings, communications, projects, travel, documentation, and other administrative functions while maintaining a high level of professionalism, organization, accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality. Serves as a key administrative resource for the executive leadership team and works collaboratively with other administrative support staff to ensure effective and efficient operations. Associate Degree or bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, communications, hospitality or related field preferred or equivalent experience/knowledge/education required Minimum of five years of progressively responsible administrative or executive support experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel required; including complex spreadsheets. Knowledge of filing & office systems and ability to demonstrate proper English, Spelling and Grammar Ability to greet and serve visitors in a manner conducive to positive customer relations Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy Ability to anticipate needs and work proactively with limited direction. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Exceptional customer relation and communication skills including the ability to communicate verbal, written, and in action within all levels of the organization. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality. Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee, financial, payroll, compensation, legal, strategic, and other sensitive organizational information.
