HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE DEPARTMENT'S VISION
This instrumental position in the Human Resources office will provide quality customer service to the employees of the Department of Revenue. You'll love the strong, supportive work environment and have the opportunity to learn and grow in this position. The Missouri Department of Revenue offers a career with generous benefits. Responsibilities•What you'll do This description may not include all of the duties, knowledge, skills, or abilities associated with this title. Provide polite, accurate, and professional assistance on the phone with citizens and Revenue employees Answer and direct incoming calls on the main HR phone line Greet Citizens and Revenue employees at the front window of HR Pick-up and distribute employee checks and badges Prepare and mail, email, fax office correspondence Running provide additional support as needed Process payroll using the state's SAM II payroll system and process benefits Monitor, correct, and verify timekeeping entries Process employment verifications Assist employees with questions Qualifications•All you need for success
QUALIFICATIONS
Possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency 2•4 years of relevant experience, above general clerical work Payroll experience in the
SAM II HR
