HR Coordinator Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | No weekends Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support hiring and onboarding for our Joplin team. You'll assist with new hire paperwork, background checks, orientation, and general HR support - helping every new employee feel welcomed from day one. What You'll Do + Process new hire paperwork and maintain employee records + Complete background checks and screenings + Lead weekly new hire orientation + Provide daily HR administrative support + Answer general HR questions from employees What We're Looking For + HR or administrative experience preferred + Strong organization and communication skills + Comfortable with Microsoft Office + Professional, confidential, and team-oriented + SHRM -CP/ PHR and healthcare experience a plus, not required What We Offer + Medical, dental, and vision plans + 401(k) and paid time off + No weekends, consistent schedule + Supportive team culture and growth opportunities Choose Phoenix.
