Staff Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Onboarding Coordinator to support hiring activities for a large-scale sporting event in Kansas City, MO.

Perks & Benefits Weekly paychecks Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options Employment Type & Shifts Full Time Temporary or Contract 1st Shift Job Responsibilities Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Make outbound calls to applicants for pre-screening. Ensure applicants complete all required onboarding documents, initiate background check, schedule drug screening, and complete I-9 verifications and more. Track in detail new hire progress to ensure all pre-employment activities have been completed in a timely manner to ensure a smooth hiring process. Act as the primary contact for new hires, answering questions and providing guidance from offer acceptance through their first day. Maintain confidential personnel files and HRIS data ensures compliance with federal and state employment laws. Job Requirements - Previous experience in HR, recruiting, and new hire onboarding. Effective communication, organizational, and technical skills required. Prior experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS/ATS) preferred. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a challenging environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint Strong customer service mindset with a drive to exceed expectations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Position requires periodic local travel to client sites; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $18.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
