Job Description

What will your job look like? The Equipment & Onboarding Coordinator is a member of the MTM finance department and is responsible for properly receiving incoming inventory, timely staging and shipping outgoing items while adhering to safety procedures. This position will work closely with the Asset and Inventory Control team members providing accurate, timely communications to both internal and external customers and prioritize tasks to support the business. The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator will also manage activities surrounding asset recovery. This position will be onsite daily at our Lake St. Louis, MO office This position does not support OPT STEM or H-1 Visa Sponsorship Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. What you'll do: Primary contact for all assets including intake, distribution, and logistical moves of equipment Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies pertaining to IT assets Collaborate and communicate with internal employees, product providers and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products Outreach to internal and external contacts to obtain information for shipping and collection efforts Track and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs Track returned assets by reviewing the colleague exit tracking system and relaying that to the appropriate onsite staff Submit and manage claims for damaged and missing shipments Responsible for the updating of assets in the inventory system and ensure that the status, location, and assigned colleague locations are current Scan and sort incoming and outgoing assets and inventory Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily moves Maintain a clean and safe work area and update supplies as needed Provide excellent customer service to internal and external contacts Lead special projects and implementations as required by management What you'll need:
Experience, Education & Certifications:
High school diploma or G.E.D. 1+ years' experience with customer service, shipping & receiving, procurement, or logistics required
Skills:
Well-organized and detail oriented Excellent communication skills Strong sense of time organization and urgency Able to work independently and within a team Adhere to inventory procedures to maintain timely and accurate data Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers Working knowledge of MS Office What's in it for you: Health and Life Insurance Plans Dental and Vision Plans 401(k) with a company match
