Full Job Description Administrative and HR Coordinator Pay:
$55,000 - $65,000 per year

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

In person Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Administrative and HR Coordinator to support daily office operations and key human resources functions for a fast-paced car and home warranty company. The right person will be professional, approachable, and comfortable working with employees and management at all levels. This position requires someone who takes initiative, stays ahead of priorities, follows through on open items, and helps reduce the day-to-day workload for management. You must be able to manage multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, maintain accurate records, and handle confidential employee and company information appropriately. Key Responsibilities Support the daily administrative needs of the office and management team Coordinate new-hire paperwork, system access, and first-day setup Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files, employee records, and HR trackers Track attendance, time-off requests, schedule changes, and related documentation Assist employees with general questions about company policies, benefits, payroll, attendance, and workplace procedures Direct employee concerns to the appropriate manager or outside HR resource Document and follow up on employee-related questions and open items Support benefits enrollment, employee status changes, and required paperwork Prepare employee communications, forms, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents Coordinate meetings, company events, office activities, and employee recognition efforts Order office supplies and help maintain an organized and professional workplace Work with managers to track performance reviews and employee action items Help maintain company policies, job descriptions, and internal procedures Assist with payroll-related information and employee updates Identify missing paperwork, overdue tasks, or employee-related issues and follow up promptly Handle sensitive employee and company information with discretion Assist management with special projects and other administrative or HR responsibilities Qualifications Previous experience in human resources, office administration, or a similar position Excellent organization, time-management, and follow-through skills Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional, approachable, and comfortable working with employees at all levels Strong judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information Ability to remain calm, flexible, and dependable in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and other standard office applications Experience with employee records, benefits, payroll support, attendance tracking, or new-hire paperwork is preferred Experience in the car warranty, home warranty, insurance, call center, or a related industry is preferred but not required.
