Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Recruiting Coordinator executes daily outreach efforts to identify and connect with prospective students. This role focuses purely on active recruitment, lead generation, and sharing the Christian mission of the college with future students and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop :
Comprehensive recruiting plan
Lead Generation:
Identify and connect with potential students through youth groups, Christian high schools, and church networks.
Travel & Representation:
Travel to college fairs, church events, Christian youth conferences, and high schools to promote the college.
Campus Visit Support:
Assist in hosting prospective students and their families during campus visits and open house events.
Campus Activities:
Plan and lead on campus events to recruit new students
Faith Integration:
Share personal testimony, answer questions about campus spiritual life, and pray with prospective students and families.
Data Management:
Keep detailed, accurate records of all student interactions in the recruitment database.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience:
1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, or church ministry preferred.
Faith Alignment:
Active, visible commitment to a Christian church and alignment with the college's statement of faith.
Skills:
Excellent communication, a relational personality, and strong organizational skills.
Travel:
Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours during peak recruiting seasons.
