Job Description

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused HR Technician to join our Human Resources team. This position plays a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through training and ongoing HR operations. The HR Technician will partner closely with our Talent Advisors and Centers of Excellence (COE) team to deliver an exceptional candidate and employee experience while supporting day-to-day HR processes and initiatives. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support Partner with Talent Advisors and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates regarding scheduling and next steps Maintain applicant tracking system data and ensure candidate records are accurate and up to date Assist with job postings, candidate communications, and recruitment-related activities Orientation & Onboarding Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation programs Prepare onboarding materials and ensure all required documentation is completed timely Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding process Monitor onboarding progress and ensure a smooth transition into the organization Partner with managers and departments to coordinate onboarding activities and resources. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS). Assign required training courses and monitor completion status Generate training reports and support compliance-related training initiatives Assist employees and managers with LMS access and training questions Support learning and development programs and employee training activities HR Operations & Administrative Support Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy across HR systems Assist with HR transactions, reporting, auditing, and record retention activities Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment regulations Provide administrative support for employee engagement, recognition, and HR programs Assist with other HR projects and department initiatives as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, customer service, administration, or a related field preferred Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred but not required Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately

From $45,000.00 per year
