This position reports to:
HRBP Hub America __ ABB in Senatobia is growing! We're looking for candidates with Time Administrator backgrounds (preferably in UKG/Kronos and/or Workday) to step into a growing facility and help ensure time submittals for weekly and biweekly payroll for 1200+ employees onsite. In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform day-to-day HR transactions for one or several assigned service lines or countries, while also managing complex and escalated tasks. Each day, you will ensure a high-quality customer experience by committing to complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the globally set standards for HR operations and ensuring that the respective business processes adhere to the local legal and regulatory requirements. The work model for the role is onsite in our Senatobia, MS manufacturing facility (#LI-Onsite). You will be mainly accountable for: Manage review and completion of weekly and bi-weekly time submittals for payroll Research and assist in issue resolution for complex escalations/issues involving multiple processes/systems including analysis of time and quotas to identify root cause and solution of time & pay discrepancies. Responsible for reviewing time functionality using applicable systems and providing accurate and timely execution of time processes for multiple employee groups. Creation and execution of reports to ensure the integrity of the Time and Attendance data. Assist with the development and delivery of reference materials. Participation and execution of deliverables for projects as assigned to ensure project goals and objectives are met. Act as the Time Administer for all Kronos/UKG and Workday processing and payroll and time support as assigned. Providing guidance, consultation, and assistance to managers, supervisors, and HRBP's on several timekeeping systems.Qualifications for the role:
High school diploma/GED + 7 years related experience or Associates degree + 5 years of related experience or a Bachelor's degree + 2 years of related experience in Payroll, HR, Time Administration, etc. Proficient in Microsoft Office. UKG/Kronos and Workday experience strongly preferred (only acceptable to not have this experience if deeply versed in other TMS and HCM systems). Working knowledge of Time Management systems to include Kronos/UKG and Workday Time modules. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong verbal, written communication skills.
