Job Description

Description The Human Resources Liaison facilitates human resources services for Barrett Hospital & HealthCare (BHH) with the express purpose of maximizing the effectiveness of operational business responsibilities and objectives. The Human Resources Liaison ensures personnel files and associated required documentation are in accordance with Montana state and federal regulations, compliance standards and industry best practices. Working in a professional environment, the Human Resources Liaison maintains employer-required recordkeeping, prepares and submits mandatory employer reports, researches changes in labor law and recommends necessary changes for BHH. The Recruitment Coordinator provides talent management consultation to and with hiring managers, creating and posting job ads and virtual recruitment activities, screening candidates, initiating onboarding activities, facilitates New Employee Orientation, and acts as a liaison between applicants, candidates and employees and human resources services. The Recruitment Coordinator will attract, source, and hire BHH clinical and non-clinical staff, as well as other professionals, that meet the needs and goals of BHH. Requirements A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field, AND at least 5 years of Human Resources experience and at least 3 years of experience in sourcing and recruiting candidates and/or contractors, OR a combination of education and experience. Healthcare recruiting experience is required. PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, CHHR, ASPR or other human resources industry-recognized certification is preferred.
Other requirements include:
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or HR databases; Excellent knowledge of job posting sites and social media networks; Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work well independently; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; The ability to "Close the Deal" with candidates; Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, candidates, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the Director; Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance; Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; Performs other duties as assigned.
